Kobe Bean Bryant is one of the greatest players to ever play the game. His outstanding ability to play has had him compared to other Lakers Hall of famers such as Magic Johnson. Though Kobe and Magic have two different play styles they both contributed so much to the Lakers franchise bringing ring after ring to Los Angeles. Kobe Bryant was drafted straight out of Lower Merion High School in 1996 he was the 13th overall pick by the Charlotte Hornets and then was traded to Los Angles immediately. This may be one of the biggest steals in the history of the NBA.
